We are delighted to inform you that JLC Electromet Pvt. Ltd. is now an IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System (QMS) certified company. IATF 16949:2016 is the International Standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems, jointly developed by The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) members and submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publication. IATF 16949 emphasizes the development of a process oriented quality management system that provides for continual improvement, defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. The goal is to meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively. The standard is applicable to any organization that manufactures components, assemblies and parts for supply to the automotive industry.

We are delighted to inform you that JLC Electromet’s Thermocouple Lab is now an ISO 17025:2017 certified testing centre recognized by the National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL), India. Certification to ISO/IEC 17025 standard assures that results provided by JLC Electromet’s Thermocouple lab are accurate and reliable. This standard certifies that the testing lab operates competently and generates valid results. NABL is a prime accreditation body recognized by Government of India. Its accreditation system is established in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17011 standard (Conformity Assessment –Requirements for Accreditation bodies accrediting conformity assessment bodies). NABL provides voluntary accreditation services to testing and calibration laboratories in accordance with ISO/ IEC 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories).

JLC Electromet was recently awarded the “State Safety Award – 2021” by the Government of Rajasthan.  The award recognizes Team JLC's efforts towards ensuring occupational safety and health (OSH), taking measures and setting protocols to enable employees to work safely and securely. It further highlights the commitment of Team JLC to occupational safety and health and its assurance to reduce workplace injuries and implementation of OSH best practices.  We are proud of this recognition of Team JLC's efforts in this direction.
